Documents
What we issue, and why it is not posted here as a scan.
Every shipment leaves with a document set. We send it to the buyer directly and give the report reference, so the buyer verifies it at the issuing body rather than taking our word for a JPEG.
Certificate scans are not published on this site.
Scanned test reports circulate in the equipment trade and turn up attached to offers from companies that have never built a frame. Publishing ours as an image would hand that on. Ask with your enquiry and the full set goes out with the quotation, with report numbers you can check at the issuing laboratory.
Request the document set| Document | Issuer | Scope | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| EN ISO 20957-1 test report | Accredited test laboratory | Class S, per model, including the endurance protocol | Issued per model, referenced by report number |
| Declaration of Conformity | Sperante | CE marking, per model, named on the packing list | Issued with every shipment |
| EN 1021-1 / -2 report | Accredited test laboratory | Upholstery ignition, on the panel currently in production | Issued per upholstery batch |
| EN 717-1 report | Accredited test laboratory | Formaldehyde emission, frame timber and adhesive | Issued per timber supplier |
| Frame test log | Sperante | Cycle count, deflection and noise reading, by serial number | Travels with the machine, archived 10 years |
| FSC chain of custody | Certification body | Beech supply, on request for the FSC-declared line | On request, quoted separately |
Ask for the document set with your enquiry and it goes out with the quotation, not after the order. The frame test log for any serial number we have shipped can be produced for ten years.
Send the mix. We will send the stow plan.
Tell us the models, the annual quantity and the destination port. You get a unit price, a container loading plan and a delivery date — usually within the same working day.
