Sperante
A reformer frame being assembled on the workshop bench

Studio reformer · Türkiye

Built for the tenth year.

A reformer is not bought on how it looks in week one. It is bought on whether the carriage still runs silently after eleven thousand classes. Everything below is aimed at that number.

CARRIAGE
Sperante Studio reformer

01 — Frame

Beech, not veneer.

Solid European beech, kiln-dried to 8 % and rested four weeks before the first cut. Laminated and veneered frames move with studio humidity; a rail bolted to a frame that moves is a rail that goes out of parallel. That is the whole argument for solid timber, and it is a mechanical one.

02 — Rail

Two rails, one plane.

Twin 6063-T5 anodised aluminium rails, machined and shimmed to a common plane after the frame is assembled, not before. Deflection at the declared 150 kg is 1.1 mm at mid-span. Above 3.0 mm the frame does not leave the bench.

03 — Spring

Five springs, matched.

Springs within one set are matched to 5 % of each other, because a client feels imbalance long before a gauge shows it. Medium rate is 0.42 N/mm, and every set is cycled 250,000 times loaded to 150 kg before it is signed off.

The machinescroll

Product range

Six machines, split by how a room is used.

The range is divided by floor plan and class format, not by trim level. A group studio, a one-to-one practice and a rehabilitation clinic buy different machines off the same rails, the same carriage and the same upholstery — so a mixed order still reads as one set on the floor.

Sperante Studio

Sperante Studio

The reference frame. Solid European beech, 245 cm long, twin anodised aluminium rails and a carriage on eight sealed bearings. Five springs, 100 cm of travel, a four-position footbar and a three-position headrest. This is the machine a studio buys once and re-upholsters twice.

Sperante Studio Tower

Sperante Studio Tower

The Studio frame with a half-trapeze tower bolted to the foot end: push-through bar, roll-down bar, four spring eyelets at three heights. Adds tower repertoire to a reformer footprint without asking the studio for a second machine's worth of floor.

Sperante Fold

Sperante Fold

Studio-grade running gear on a frame that folds to 132 cm at the hinge. Same rails, same carriage, same springs as the Studio — the compromise is storage, not feel. For home distribution lines and studios that clear the floor for mat classes.

Technical data

Our reading on the left, the standard on the right.

Values are from the current production batch and the test log that accompanies it. Where a European standard sets the limit we name the standard; where we set it ourselves we say so, because an in-house limit and a legal one are not the same thing and pretending otherwise is how this trade loses buyers.

EN ISO 20957-1 covers stationary training equipment and Class S is the designation for equipment used in studios, clubs, rehabilitation centres and other supervised training areas — as distinct from Class H for home use. The endurance protocol loads the machine to the declared maximum user mass with all springs engaged and cycles it at 80 % of carriage travel.

Catalogue

Every figure on this site, in one attachable file.

The catalogue carries the same numbers you are reading here — dimensional table, quality window, container loading per item and warranty terms — in a form a procurement team can attach to an approval without rewriting it.

  • 01Full dimensional and technical table for all six machines
  • 02Quality window: reading against limit, with the test method named
  • 03Container loading per item for 20 ft, 40 ft, 40 ft HC, 45 ft and truck
  • 04Upholstery and timber finish options with the reference codes
  • 05Spare part list: springs, ropes, wheels, upholstery panels
  • 06Warranty terms and what voids them, stated plainly
  • 07Incoterms, lead time and minimum order per model

OEM and private-label production is quoted separately: send the timber finish, the upholstery colour and the annual quantity, and we return a unit price with the branding cost broken out rather than buried.

Contact

Talk to the bench, not to a trading desk.

Send the model, the quantity and the port. We answer with price, stow plan and lead time — and if the date is not one we can hold, we say so before you order.
